Recruitment

In our recruitment processes, which we manage with the approach of placing the right candidates in the right position; We aim to win the most suitable candidates with our corporate culture and the competencies required by the job.

In recruitment, evaluation of the suitability of newly graduated and experienced candidates for the position; We use tools such as competency-based interviews, personality inventories, foreign language and general aptitude tests, and assessment centers.

Training and Development

In order to increase the competencies of our employees and to ensure that they closely follow the developments in their profession and sector, we create an 'Annual Training Plan and Budget' with the opinion of our department managers. We evaluate our employees participating in the training through the "Training Evaluation Form".

The effectiveness of the training is analyzed as a result of the evaluations made by the unit manager at the end of the period determined according to the quality of the training. All trainings are recorded in the "CH Training Request" file of our employee who received the training.

Career Management

Based on needs and development goals, we create sustainable in-house career opportunities for our personnel. In order to create a qualified, successful, self-confident workforce and a pool of leaders, our employees:

Compensation Management

We determine and update it based on job levels, wage market, company wage policy and performance components, with the principle of "equal pay for equal work", taking into account market conditions and internal company balances. We base our staff on training, experience and technical competence.

Performance Management

The Human Resources Department requests an evaluation by the unit manager regarding the performances of our employees who have completed the six-month working period. Employee productivity is monitored up-to-date with this application, which is carried out once a year within the scope of the Company's Balanced Score Card. If necessary, actions are taken to improve personnel performance.
