CH - Agglomerator®

Agglomeration process is defined basically as binding the ore particles by using cement and water to obtain enlarged particul size. In Tavşanlı Gold Mine Project case, ore mine including gold and other elements is crushed to the size of 6 mm and under before being transported to the leaching area. As binding materials cement and sodiumcyanide solution is used.

By agglomerating process it is aimed to start the leaching before leach pad to improve the capacity of leach pad and also to adjust the pH value by adding cement. The agglomerator system is installed between the crushing system and jump conveyors which transport the agglomerated ore to the leaching pad.
